This privacy policy explains how DataFirst Logistics B.V. ("we") handles data on this website, grafora.ai.
1. Who we are
DataFirst Logistics B.V. makes software, including Grafora, and helps organisations with AI. You can reach us at info@datafirstlogistics.com.
2. What you send us
When you fill in the contact form or the form to book a call, we receive what you fill in: your name, your e-mail address and, if you give them, your phone number, your organisation, your preferred moment and your message. What you fill in goes by mail to our team; the site itself does not keep it. We use those details only to answer you and to make an appointment if there is one. You get a confirmation by mail. We do not sell your details and do not share them with others, unless the law requires it.
3. How long we keep it
Your message stays in our mailbox for as long as our contact needs it. If you ask us to delete it, we do. Mail info@datafirstlogistics.com for that.
4. Where the site runs
DataFirst Logistics B.V. hosts this site itself, on our own server at Strato (IONOS) in Germany. That server keeps an access log: your IP address, the time and the page you asked for. We use that log only to spot faults and abuse. A log file is replaced by a new one at 50 MB, and we keep at most about five of them; older ones disappear by themselves.
5. Cookies and your browser
This site sets no cookies for statistics, advertising or to follow you, and uses no visitor statistics service. Your choice of language (Dutch or English) and of light or dark is kept by your browser itself; it is not sent to us.
6. External links
Some pages link to other sites, such as Microsoft's documentation or datafirstlogistics.com. The privacy policy of those sites applies there.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us which data we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
8. Company documents
For customers and for our services, the customer privacy regulation (PDF, Dutch) and the privacy and cookie statement (PDF, Dutch) of DataFirst Logistics B.V. also apply.
9. Changes
We may change this policy. The date at the top says when it last changed.
